So-called 'populists' please take note. 

Trump has signed a stack of around two hundred executive orders, most of which will cause immediate suffering for common citizens, including several related to health care, which will certainly end up raising the already stupendously high cost of medicine in the US.

He also back-pedaled his promise to bring grocery prices and etc down. Even most Republicans do not think he will lower their costs. But that's okay for MAGA, because that was never the real agenda. Revenge is the agenda, revenge on the idea of democracy itself, that horrible thing which humiliated the slavery-addicted confederates, royalists,  popes, fascists, gangsters, imperialists and nazis who have carried their torches and flags from time immemorial.

Secondary note to the so-called 'populists' who lurk here and who occasionally scurry out from behind the refrigerator to make stupid comments: These people do not give a fuck about you.

At the inauguration, Elon Musk did a Nazi salute, revealing not only the unsurprising loyalties of a South African rich kid, drug addict and mama's boy from a proudly Nazi family, but also the capacity of US far-right and mainstream media organs and fact-immune followers to deny the evidence of their own eyes.
