My two Dylan cents; The most essential singer/songwriter ever. His shadow's so long that it's virtually impossible to write a lyric without tripping over him. He looms as large to me as Rodin, who looms as large as Shakespeare, who looms as large as Beethoven, who looms as large as Plato, who looms as large as Thomas Mann. You get the idea.
