Ok - I am posting this message as the reference for ordering AFM reissue. As far as I know, there hasn't been a limit set, so these instructions will stay in place until David says the well is dry.
The price is $20 (check or money order - made out to Sindre Kartvedt). To order, send a pre-stamped self addressed padded envelope (the full legal size) to -

You can get the envelopes at most post offices - just make sure it's the big one. The actual CD is 6 inches wide and about 11 1/2 inches tall, so make sure your padded envelope is bigger than that. Without an envelope, it weighs about 6.5 ozs. With envelope, the domestic U.S. postage is about $2.00. Just to make things easier, affix your postage to your return envelope before you send it off.
Now, these instructions should be good for anyone ordering a copy from the US. If you're attempting to order from outside the US, make sure you send ONLY US funds. Use the above dimensions of the CD package to determine the necessary return postage and add that to the $20. So, if you find that it will take $9 to send the CD from Los Angeles to Ireland - send Sindre $29 US funds plus a self addressed padded envelope. This is ONLY for non-US orders. This should cut down on Sindre's trips to the post office. I just checked the US Post Office web site and it looks like $9 should suffice for postage just about anywhere in the world.
Oh yeah...one last thing - patience.....
