There weren't many people there at all - maybe 60. They do such a crap job of promoting - I'd been planning to go all along and never once saw that Bree Sharp was playing with him. Then today, post-show, I hear a radio ad for it - and instead of playing anything DS did they have the xfiles masturbation song on in the background.

Darden did tell a very funny tale. He was on the road in Pittsburgh and was having trouble find some decent coffee. Forced to settle for starbux, he walks up to the counter, and suddently realizes that they are playing one of his songs. He orders his coffee, all happy and shit, and then hears a couple of the knobs working there totally dissing the music. When they hand him his drink he tells them that it's his song playing. The guy asks for his ID, then runs in the back where they have a readout of what's playing. The guy comes back all pale and says "it's really not that bad".

And this one for Mick: he made the comment that they finally have good coffee in England - because a bunch of Italians moved to the isle.

Darden did put on a good show. For the encore he strapped on a harmonica, unplugged his guitar, and jumped down to the front of the stage.
