I've been keeping up here for a little while; it was such a fantastic thing to find other Baerwald fans. Based on recent remarks from David regarding friendship and working with Mr. Ricketts, I had a question for him. Apologies if part of this is previously answered here.
David - how did you and Mr. Ricketts decide that the one album was enough at the time? Was there a time after you realized another joint project wasn't coming that you had difficulty staying friends in light of your previous close collaboration?
While not in a professional or full-time capacity, I'm cowriting and have been for 12 years, and I'm curious to hear another artist's thoughts on when to abandon co-writing as a means to an end.
And thanks for all of the great inspiration and comiserating over the years. Your music has always been there for me.
