I should have made this clearer too. Both of these men have the abiltity to compose beautiful ballads (i.e. Young's "Philidelphia", Baerwald's "Born to Love You"), while at the same time compose not only tremendous rock songs, but experimental songs as well. Both also are able to make powerful statements in both very subtle ways, as well as right in your face ways (i.e. Buffalo Springfield's "For What It's Worth", Baerwald's "Aids and Armageddeon").
