In the past month or so I've had the opportunity to see both Lou Reed and Patti Smith in concert. Both incredible concerts. Both of these artists in their fifties and both writing and playing as well as they ever have & maybe better. Go see them if they come to your town.
I'm just curious- David, have either of them had any impact on your own writing? Have you listened to any of their new work?
