I sent off a Western Union cheque (available from the post office) for US$60 about 8 weeks ago but sadly have not heard a thing since.
I must try sending an email to the Palindrome to confirm if they received it.
I bought a copy of Triage in Sydney (tho admittedly the marked down section) so I think it was released here in a limited quantity.
