A funny story when I practiced Ju-Jitsu. I was 40ish. Walked in the DoJo not really knowing what to expect. People were flying through the air & crashing on the mat!! I thought, "Man I gotta do this!!" Everyone was really cool. The instructor was an older man who had reached a level of "Professor". We called him Professor. This man was huge, a vet, and loved full contact. Thats all we did, put on open faced gloves, foot guards & anythings goes!! I would come out of there with mat burns on my face, bruised ribs but I was content. I would go to work, not telling anyone what I was doing, and people would look at me like, "What the Hell happened to you?".... "Oh I fell off a ladder." It was fun.
