Only the most sinister son-of-a-bitch could turn the Welz family coming out celebration into something so twisted and dark, EEE. This election is truly about good versus evil. And if Pat and Marc are still with Trump, one can only speculate on the dark horrors they have unfortunately experienced that twisted them into the people they are. It's beyond sad, and we have tens of millions of them here! And if I may switch gears to lift your spirits, to lighten things up a bit, of late I've been revisiting the J. Geils Band. The Cars, Boston, and Aerosmith were the Boston bands that sold more records and earned more recognition, but I think J. Geils surely produced the best music. It's still so...freaking joyous and vital, and ridiculously alive! I know Andi has been seeking recommendations so I'll offer up: Just Can't Wait, Must of Got Lost, Give It To Me, and I Do. And then there's Love Stinks, Centerfold, Freeze Frame, First I Look At The Purse. You get the idea! Once upon a time, Mrs. Peter T. worked with a young gal who cleaned Peter Wolf's place, this being post Faye Dunaway. But I digress! Here's a blistering favorite that surely transports Reg back to Boston's WBCN in the 70s. Do yourself a favor and crank it up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gW0hxbrmFhM Coincidentally, once upon a time, Peter Wolf was a DJ at WBCN, and Van Morrison, who was living in Cambridge for a time creating Astral Weeks, would venture over to the station to hang with Peter.
