There will be no outrage, Andi, because the monstrous has become mundane (to quote Paul Kelly). Much of America has become inured to Trump's vulgarities, boorishness, lies, crimes, threats, etc. 

And I just don't see how this can possibly be spun to Joe's advantage. The Trump advertising campaign received such a gift in the footage of Joe looking lost in Never Never Land. Where to go from here? Everyone has an opinion, and I surely don't trust mine at this precarious time.
