So, Felonious DJT has decided all of a sudden that mail-in voting is great, so he is telling his supporters now to fill out mail-in ballots early and send them in. He is calling this effort to get his voters to vote early by mail, Swamp the Vote, and I believe what he is encouraging is for them to vote as many times as they can, so to mail-in as many ballots as they can get their hands on and then I believe he wants them to go to the polls and vote again on election day. He has talked about this before and he thinks that this is what the Democrats have done...except states do check this, double check this, triple check this, and in the case of the 2020 election, checked a 4th and 5th time and this did not happen. 

So, what he appears to want to do here is encourage his voters to commit voter fraud on a massive scale by voting as many times as they can. What this will do is create a massive slowdown in counting the votes because I believe, mail-in ballots are counted last. So, this will mean that states will have to deal with sorting out all the fraudulent mail-in ballots, making it look like there was massive voter fraud, while he and his campaign call the election fraudulent, ask for the vote counting to be stopped, and file all kinds of court cases claiming the election is fraudulent.
