polling can say whatever people want it to, AND I try not to put too much credence in them. No matter what they say, I'm going to work like we're 30 points behind.

As far as former Lt. Gov. Duncan, I really hope republicans will listen. The current Lt Gov was one of the Ga fake electors and a rabid MAGAt. Duncan is, I think, kind of ostracized from Republican circles here because of his feelings about trump. I hope that Republicans in other states across the country will listen to him though.

E, you are so right! Evangelicals and all of the other MAGAts just think all of these charges are Joe Biden and the Demonic Democrats seeking revenge (sound familiar??) on trump. None of the things Stormy Daniels testified to are true. She's just a lying, whore, slut who is just jealous because trump wouldn't put her on The Apprentice (or some other such bullshit).

On another note, today I got to volunteer for a really cool event in downtown Atlanta. The SGOTUS  (Second Gentleman-Doug Emhoff--haha I thought that was funny) was in town for a Round Table discussion with young men from Morehouse, Clark Atlanta, University of GA, Georgia Tech, Emory, Georgia Southern who are members of the Men4Choice progam. There were also women from Spellman, Georgia, Emory, GA Southern who, of course, are also concerned with reproductive health. The panel consisted of Doug Emhoff; Planned Parenthood SouthEast's President/CEO, the Nat'l President of Nurse Practitioners Assoc. and a young adult male organizer and Men4Choice Leader. It was enlightening to see how these young adult males were consciously working to become good allies in the area of reproductive rights. It was encouraging to see the energy that these young people had and the real work they were putting in, not only for reproductive rights, but also to get Biden/Harris re-elected. The guys were real leaders in their communities. Several of them have any been selected to be GA delegates to the DNC Convention this summer which was no easy feat. I got to shake the Second Gentleman's hand after the roundtable AND, the thing that I was super excited about, I finally got to meet Greg Bluestein, reporter from the Atlanta Journal/Constitution. I'd put up pictures, but I don't know how to attach pix to the board.

So ignoring polls and just working like we're behind; finding republicans who will work behind the scenes to get other republicans like Duncan to vote for Biden/Harris; pounding the facts that trump really did do the things that are being proven in court; and supporting young people as they begin to step up to the front the fight, taking on more leadership roles are all strategies that will help us win and defeat trump--hopefully once and for all.
