They have a tendency to go right for the throat. It's a great ad, made even more so because it is Republicans saying it to other Republicans...no deep state, no Democrats, no Joe Biden anywhere to be found. And the add is totally true, if someone did a background check on a person for a job, and the record Donald has came up, they would pass on that person...every time. 

Yet, here we are, and a bunch of people are totally willing to ignore Trump's criminal past, present, and very likely future, and all of his huge financial issues that open him up as a target for bribes and blackmail, to give him the biggest job in the country. 

Very strange and very bad judgement. You would think all of these people that are willing to give him that job would not hire him to work in their business because he is such a liability to commit a crime working for you. 

Later the same day I heard the reports that the Secret Service and New York penal system were working together on a plan on how to jail Trump. Basically they would need a wing, isolated somewhere, to put him in because a bunch of armed Secret Service guys have to go in with him. Totally bizarre situation. 

The reason they were working on the plan is because Trump has let those around him, lawyers, secret service, everybody, that he is not going to obey the gag orders the courts have put on him and he will continue to slander whomever he wants, and continue to try to provoke the most insane of his followers to threaten to kill people involved or just related to people involved with his court cases. Trump wants his nuts to kill these people or at least make the attempt and he will not stop provoking them. 

So, the Secret Service has agreed that the courts must be able to do what they would do to anybody else, lock the person up if they are creating a danger to people's lives and in doing so the general public. Apparently, Trump is saying he wants this to happen, he wants to be locked up because he believes it will give him a boost in the polls. So, if they come up with a way and a place to put him, the judge may then actually treat him like anybody else that was doing this and put him in a cell somewhere. 

Which weirdly is what Trump wants because he thinks that will then trigger his dangerous followers to try to kill somebody...or a lot of somebodies. American carnage indeed.
