A couple of weeks ago I went to a local, higher-end butcher store to purchase steaks for a special occasion for our family and girls.  We don't do this often.  Maybe just once or twice a year and for some reason, I was really anticipating cooking the steaks for our girls.

On the way there, Song on the Beach by Arcade Fire with Owen Pallett came on and now that song is forever linked with going to a store to get steaks to cook for the family. Each time I hear it, that trip and what it was for is now all I think about.
