Merrick Garland, the Attorney General who is not my favorite person but, he's better that what was there under the last president, just had a press conference. In it, he announced all of the seizure of major assets they've made recently and over the last 2 years of Russian kleptocrats and oligarchs. (Are those the same things? I'll have to look that up.) And when I say assets I'm talked multimillion dollar yacht, mansions, businesses, big things. They were liquidated and the money is being sent to Ukraine for repair and also for them to use to fight Russian. This is another way that the US is able to send money to Ukraine while the fucking Republicans are acting like toddlers and kissing Putin's ass.
