the over/under is (or is it just the odds - I’m obviously not a gambler) for the Supreme Court letting Donnie have a stay. He wants that so the clock doesn’t start ticking in his trial court while he tries to see if he can appeal to the entire DC Appeals Court. He wants them to say “well of course Donnie you can use your  Magic Golden Power Ticket AKA the Get-Out-of-Jail-Free because ‘I’m allowed to do anything I want with no consequences’ card.”
Of course, maybe SCOTUS will just go ahead and  decide to hear the appeal about absolute immunity instead or go head and say they won’t hear it  

My bet or at least my hope is that they deny the stay which means the Jan 6th trial is back on and he may go to trial by early summer.  He can request full DC Appeals court to hear his appeal but I think they’ll refuse to hear it and then when the orange shitgibbon appeals to SCOTUS, they deny to hear it too. 

Then the next case that we might get a SCOTUS decision on this week is the Colorado case where Maga Putin was kicked off the ballot. Anybody have any thoughts about how that might turn out?
