Well only where laws don't specify what the rules are, but I hear ya. So many of the judges are conservative put there by the Federalist Society of the decades. Just another reason that we really need to make sure that everyone is doing their part this year to make sure that Biden wins, that Dems take the Senate and not just by 1, that Dems regain the House AND them state and local positions start turning blue EVERYWHERE!
