Not mentioned in that article was the interesting fact that Brett Cavanaugh's mom worked against the Chevron doctrine back in the 1980's and he was also done work against it. I noticed that he didn't recuse himself from the case like Ketanji Brown Jackson did because when she was on the DC District Court she had some contact with part of the case earlier in the process. If the Chevron doctrine is struck down, it will be disastrous for sure.
