When I switched the message board from one that was advertiser based with no real control to this one with full control to tweak etc - Pat was instrumental in getting this board to look and act like the old one. That was the goal. This current message board was open source and very customizable. Pat created the red arrow that highlights which message you're viewing in thread mode and he programmed the ability to keep track of which posts you've read along with the 'new' icon for new posts. It was completely out of my ability to do that at the time. I'm sure there were other things he helped with or did. So - yes - Pat's handy work programming got this message board off the ground.

It's been a bit (more than 10 years) since he's had inside access or made any contributions to the site's programming - that's just me and my google skills.
