what bliss it must be to be completely devoid of interest in politics and all involved.

I think the hardest part of trying to stay informed is the knowledge that such a large group of people is so blind to all things MAGA and Trump. 

I mean, it is all out there right in black and white, and what really frosts me is that all the things that Trump has done are things these assholes pillory anyone else for doing and then do all they can to absolve Trump from his horrendous behavior.

For example, just the other day that witch from Georgia was whining about "communism" and the like just about the day after that Trump said he was the apple of Putin's eye. 

But like you, there are so many days when seeing all this crazy horseshit one wonders if he or she is the insane one.

I mean, how in the hell can a sincere Christian follow a person like Trump at all?  It just makes no logical sense (but then again, maybe it is that all of the "Christians" that do follow trump are not sincere in their beliefs or practices).

Or those in law enforcement - 144 police officers were injured on Jan 6, and I have former co-workers that still defend this piece of shit.  Many of these people were more offended by that country music video that depicted a police officer getting spit on while giving little shit that police officers were beaten on Jan 6 with anything those assholes could get their hands on - Trump flags, US flags, hockey sticks, fire extinguishers, chemical munitions, batons, and other items.

And then, we have the Democrats that are just horrible at messaging.  They are terrible and oftentimes completely tone-deaf to the things they suggest and say. 

Hell, the only peace of mind I get when it comes to Republicans and political beliefs and philosophy is reading The Bulwark online.
