I've been a member here for a long time (thank you Dan) , I joined shortly after when I was in NYC during 9/11 and it was transformative for me. At the time the city seemed in chaos and I was surrounded by policemen crying and I knew why because I was too. On that day I played a song for my co-workers called Nobody by David Baerwald to help them understand that that those police people felt helpless on that given day because they knew (and I did too) that their friends were dying at their posts. None of us knew what it was or why. We were all just witness.

I didn't make this post to make a political statement. This is a place that I associate with good music and thought maybe I could introduce one of my musical friends possibly. His name is Scott Miller and he is a great singer/songwriter/musician but mostly cattle rancher. Enjoy!
