Name  3 of the biggest lies. For the most part, Republicans won't stand for anything. It's right-wing media that pitches the narrative. Republicans on the whole are spineless wimps.  

Well, they now fire off so many lies it takes a bit to sort them all out and what kind of damage they do. The lie about the 2020 election being stolen by Trump was obviously a very damaging one for the country. It really divided people and was intended to make people lose faith in our elections. The lies about Covid, something you have experienced sadly now more than once, those led to deaths. So, I think it was really ugly to mislead people about Covid. This is one of the DeSantis disqualifiers for me. Trump continues to beat him up for this and he is correct to do so.

The CRT lies are very troublesome to me because my wife is a teacher. Those lies bother me a lot because they are intended to create hostility toward teachers and destroy our educational system. So, really not a fan of those.

I mean, after those we have lies about immigration, lies about all manner of "woke" items (another DeSantis favorite that Trump is going after him on), lies about crimes the Bidens have supposedly committed, it's just a parade of lies. 

I believe the lies the Republicans are telling are meant to do essentially the following:

1. Attack and destroy faith in our elections.

2. Attack and destroy our educational system.

3. Attack and destroy our law enforcement and justice system. 

The Republicans openly are talking about removing various amendments in the Constitution. One big one they really want gone is the one that allows the people to elect their senators to the federal government. They would eliminate that and just have state legislators appoint the senators from their state. They want to eliminate the amendment that states that if you are born in the United States you are a citizen.

Tommy Tuberville has stated we should not have elections at all and many Republicans have discussed that they feel the US would be better served to have a dictatorship. They do want to edge us over into fascism. 

They also have taken this odd path of trying to elect criminals to public office. I think this is likely to more easily establish open corruption and a destruction of law and order in the country. Your attorney general was just removed in Texas and he was full on attempting to destroy law and order in your state.  There's a lot going on, Pat, and primarily I think the Republicans are lying because if people understood what they are doing, they would not like it.
