Probably, Trump is found guilty. Cohen being found guilty already of committing crimes for Trump, at the behest of Trump, Trump already in that case being named unindicted coconspirator number one. This case expands out from that to a fuller conspiracy to interfere with a US election and includes David Pecker and how he was also participating in entering into a scheme with Trump to hide information from the public that could impact his campaign.

So, why does this matter? Not because Trump was banging several other women while Melania was home with his newborn son, no, because this is about trying to con the public and steal an election. This is the crime as he was doing all he could to hide that he was sleeping around and they were particularly worried about this because the Access Hollywood recording had come out with him talking about being able to grab women by the pussy. They were in damage control mode with his campaign.

On this, I can only imagine that this case will impact other cases against him because it is going to expose how Trump operates. Which is the same all the time, pretty much no matter what he is involved with. So, probably his punishment on this one will be about the equivalent of him having to watch me cuddle a baby lamb but the real ugly part for him is all the stuff that is now going to come tumbling out of his truly filthy closet during this case. Republicans are making a huge mistake trying to defend him, they should sidestep this and let Trump have to deal with and pay for the things he did.

This brings me to the weeds. I did not want to mention this before he was charged because I did not want it to sound like I thought he should not be charged. He certainly deserves to be charged, I am all for that. What you should include in your calculations with this though is that pretty much the reason it took so long and why they tried so hard not to charge him with anything was because nobody with any power and nobody in government wants to see a president or former president charged...because it puts them in a position where they may admit or say things in court that a lot of people do not want to come out.

In this instance, Donald Trump is a very special case. Normally, we would not see someone at this level of the power structure charged with a crime...particularly a president. President of the United States is as high as you can go in the world power structure and with that job comes the ability to see and know a lot of things about a lot of stuff and a lot of people. You have the dirt, the dirtiest dirt, the most dangerous dirt, the dirt that other people in the power structure do not want to come out, or are after themselves.

Now, this makes Donald a very dangerous man to have in a court admitting things under oath and potentially implicating others, and or trying to trade info for better treatment or more leniency for him. Trump is not a normal person, he is a bit mentally ill and extremely self obsessed. He has no loyalty to anybody or anything but himself. He does not care about the country, the world, Republicans, nothing. So, now you have literally, the most dangerous man in the world in court...where he could spill anything at any time and the way he thinks is, if I have to suffer, I will make everybody suffer.

This is one of the huge reasons people did not want him in court. He is obviously super dangerous to all the Republicans he has dirt and the goods on, and he is fully willing to use it against them to help himself. This is a big part of the pie in why they defend him. It is a form of begging "Please don't turn on us!"

He is also dangerous to pretty much everybody because this guy has no self control, no consideration for humanity, or this country or any other country. He also loves to spew dirt and secrets to impress people, hurt others, and make himself look...well...special. This is likely scaring the living shit out of Republicans, but it is also scaring the living shit out of a lot of people because he could do damage to many people the world over and he would do that just out of spite, his own love of cruelty, or just to show off.

Not good.
