I don't want to write a long post about this so I will let this lawyer explain it:

So, after we got past how funny and stupid this appeared, the next thing I thought was "Good luck selling 45,000 of those!" because first off, they are just half assed cartoon images of Trump that look like someone rapidly put them together. They are so sad looking, that even his biggest fans were complaining how awful they were. Turns out, whomever did the photoshop with them stole the images and just stuck Trump's head on them. So, really, zero effort to create these.

Turns out, these were not purchased by Trump fans. In fact many may not have been purchased at all. When they announced that the 45,000 had been sold out in hours, I thought, "OK, some kind of major scam happening here."

Who would pay $99.00 for a badly photoshopped cartoon image of Trump in a tux, spacesuit, riding an elephant, dressed as a cowboy? Also, because these images were posted everywhere, you could have any of them for free, if that was something you really wanted to look at.

This appears to be a scam involving, made up companies with secret owners, that have no real addresses, with purchases required to made through crypto so they are not traceable, to funnel money to Trump and perhaps, as the lawyer in the video says, try to create a fake demand for these by claiming they are now "rare."

Due to the fact that none of this is above board and most of the buyers of these "cards" purchased about 100 or more, these "buyers" are not just normal Trump supporters because they dumped thousands of dollars, supposedly, into buying up large lots of these trading cards.

Now, if they really are driving up the resale price of these cards artificially, and then maybe reselling each card at like $10,000 per card...to unknown buyers...what we do appear to have here is a pretty awesome scheme to move money around and funnel it to certain people/places.

Only one thing is certain here...something is very wrong with whatever this is.
