I think this is the question when considering what they are presenting and how. Most of the witnesses they are having speak are Republicans from Trump's circle. They are intentionally not sensationalizing the material, I think for a few reasons but mostly because the facts are just so horrific they don't feel they need to hype them.

The funny part is, all they have presented is simple facts stated by the people that were there. The Democrats on the committee have added nothing. So, all the idiotic crap about this being a kangaroo court is nonsense. It is just a recitation of what happened by people that were there. They have no need to embellish anything, it was insanity and Trump pushed people to riot and have an insurrection. 

FOX does not want to show it because it is not Democrats we are hearing speak during this hearing it is Republicans and it is the Republicans that are saying Trump is a criminal. FOX certainly does not want people to see that. 

Mainly, I think what I have seen is aimed at elected Republicans. It is meant to impact them and get them to listen. Regular Trump voters are not watching this because they have been told not to. The 35% of Trump voters that are racists, and part of domestic terrorist groups, and Q Anon nuts...well...no way in hell they have seen any of this and even if they do they are going to come up with some dumb conspiracy theory as to why people that were in Trump's circle are now warning the country that he is a criminal that wants to destroy democracy here. Hell, those people don't want a democracy anymore anyway.
