Health was an outstanding human being who truly was inspired to help future generations. My last communications with him were about a book he had just published and it had been mentioned on a blog he sent me to. He was most interested in having Julia read it and give him some comments. Heath seemed full of hope that future generations will turn things around for our world and his book was basically about how to better prepare these generations for the world they would face, essentially I think he grasped in a way few people do how the industrial revolution and technology impact human beings, our behavior, our thought processes, and the development of our brains essentially. 

He will truly be missed and he is a person that we are lucky to have met on our journey.  

Honestly, when he was not posting here I was thinking he was perhaps involved with doing other things related to his book. I was thinking he would reappear here with news of how it was being received and where his research was being taken and utilized. So, it does sting to know he is gone. 

We had conversations off of this board and he also had talks with Julia when he was working on his book. I am very happy he finished it before he passed. I am not sure if I should reveal his name here or the link to the blog discussing his work. I feel like people here would be interested in it but he did, as far as I recall, keep his name and work private here. Perhaps so as not to have politics color him or his work as we so often discuss political things here. 

My deepest condolences to his family and friends as I know it is a huge loss. He had an impact on the people he met here and was beloved for his optimistic spirit and I know his passing will be taken hard by this group. The world was a better place with Heath in it and has gone a bit darker with his light now gone out.
