My older son had it, and this happened 5.5 months after he had the Pfizer vaccine doses.  He got just a little sick and lost his sense of taste, but he essentially shrugged it off in about 3 days and tested clean 8 days after the initial positive test.  He felt reasonably good during this time and even mowed my lawn outside right in the middle of it all.   No one else in the family has had it.    Now that he's among lots of students as close range (at UTexas in Austin), I'm kind of glad he went through that and has those extra antibodies.
