If one is looking for a good seven-part series, HBO's Mare of Easttown is pretty good.   It is a "police procedural" but with really good acting from all those involved, especially Kate Winslet.  Sure, the accents kind of fall in and out, and the writers use some of the too-often utilized tropes (lone wolf cops, highly intelligent teens that do stupid things, and plot miscues), still, it is a good series.  Just the right amount of humor, drama, and Winslet as a life-well-worn-weary middle-aged detective.
