This is very normal - Even here in peaceful Denmark, it is the areas with the fewest immigrants who vote on the most far-right parties (Yes, we have 10-12 parties to choose from in a typical election). Obviously, when all you got to go on is the news-media, then the less you meet of the "other", the more scary they become.
