Biden will have to focus on many things but when significant progress is made on an issue, he and his administration should not be reticent to tout it, a lot! Omama was sometimes criticized for his unwillingness to blow his own horn. By all means, Biden should have that horn out! And when he is met with the inevitable GOP intransigence, he should call them out as the obstructionists that they are. Beat 'em like a drum with it!
