Well, there are state Republicans in Pennsylvania that wanted to try it but they obviously did not check the procedure first. The electors that will be sent to the Electoral collage needed to be selected by November 3, election day, so they already have been. These electors will vote according to how the state voted and can't now be replaced by hacks that would only vote for Trump and so that plan is already eliminated. 

Keep in mind here that while Trump was trying to convince these people to pull this stunt he would need to pull it in multiple states to win so, no shot of this happening. Where Trump is at is he wants to create the illusion that he is still challenging the vote because he now sees all his supporters as nothing but dollar signs and he wants their money. He can make a lot of money off of 73 million supporters. If he gets them to "donate" 10 bucks each that is 730 million dollars. He has a website where he is taking donations for his "defense fund" but the fine print on those donations says that Trump does not have to use that money for his defense and can use it to pay off his personal expenses. 

So, the real reason he won't stop claiming he won and whining is not because he thinks he won...it's because he wants to keep conning his supporters out of their cash. Hopefully his supporters are wise enough not to give him their money.
