Does anyone know what the remaining 5 percent of votes represent? Are they mail-in votes, same-day or what?

I'm curious because the news channels are giving little attention to NC not being called yet and the type of votes that are left. 

To me, if they are mail-in/absentee votes, I would think like the other states, those would benefit Biden and potentially Cunningham.
