You don't have to watch this in its entirety to come away with the feeling that Biden has the right priorities and an impressive command of the details. Honestly, start at the 10:40 point or so and listen to the recently released Trump, second term agenda, and then just spend a few minutes listening to Joe. He's a hell of a lot more with it than he's been given credit for.
