Icon Here's an example of why Republicans want to jam the courts with dirty judges...

One of the women Trump raped, E. Jean Carroll, that has DNA evidence of the rape and so has requested a sample from Trump to compare to her evidence in a defamation suit, has now been informed by Barr's Justice department that they now want to take over the case because...and this is truly a hilarious joke...Trump is performing his official duties when he made statements denying he raped her.

How fucking dumb is that? Trump is "working for the people of the United States" by denying he raped women. Truly, idiotic but this story will be buried by all the other shit Trump is doing.

What does this mean though? If a judge approves this idea that Trump's rape denial was an "official duty" then Trump does not have to pay for his defense in this case...YOU GET TO PAY FOR IT INSTEAD!

And wait, it gets even better, if Trump loses and his DNA matches what is on the dress and Ms. Carroll is awarded damages...YOU PAY FOR THAT TOO!

That's right, chances are Trump is going to lose this one, Barr's Justice department attempting to take over the case at the last minute is likely also part stalling because they did not want to have to provide a DNA sample showing Trump raped this woman prior to the election.

Not that many Trump voters would even care that he raped a woman, but you know, bad timing to be shown to be a confirmed rapist prior to a major election.

If this judge rules that Barr's people can take over his defense because Trump was performing "official duties" by denying he raped someone...well...that means American taxpayers foot the bill for Trump's defense and damages when Ms. Carroll wins her case.

This is just one more example of why McConnell is trying to jam through as many judges that will make nonsense rulings as he can. No rich guy will ever be held accountable for anything as long as Mitch and Donny get their way...oh, and they don't have to pay for their defense...you get to.

Enjoy that if it happens.
