My bad, the actual nominating part wasn't too bad. It was when Biden accepted the nomination that was bad. He and his wife were in a living room and acted surprised and then behind them were people clapping and it was just kind of hokey. The sound was off and it just looked so corny.
I may have been too critical in my first remarks because it seems a lot of leeway is being given because no one is quite sure how to pull off a virtual convention but his reaction and the sound was way off.
To me, it had the feel of someone walking into a surprise party when they know it is a surprise party.
I'm just hoping that Biden knocks one out of the park on his speech, which will go a long ways to discount this "dementia" bullshit.
