Due to the fact that Trump and Epstein threatened her life and to harm her family and she has lived in fear ever since she backed out of her lawsuit against them 4 times.

Trump had known Defendant Epstein for seven years (New York, 10/28/02), and knew that

Defendant Trump initiated sexual contact with Plaintiff at four different parties.
On the fourth and final sexual encounter with Defendant Trump, Defendant Trump tied Plaintiff
to a bed, exposed himself to Plaintiff, and then proceeded to forcibly rape Plaintiff. During the
course of this savage sexual attack, Plaintiff loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to stop but
with no effect. Defendant Trump responded to Plaintiff’s pleas by violently striking Plaintiff in

Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened Plaintiff that, were
she ever to reveal any of the details of the sexual and physical abuse of her by Defendant Trump,
Plaintiff and her family would be physically harmed if not killed. Exhs. A and B.

Much like the Kavanaugh case due to the length of time that had passed prior to her filing I think it would be difficult to prosecute...unless you jailed Epstein and got his testimony about it. Epstein when questioned directly about partying with Trump and girls under 18 plead the 5th.
Not sure what Maxwell may know about this or if she was at any of the 4 parties mentioned where Trump had encounters with this girl.
Basically due to the salacious nature of these claims and that fact that I think most people's first urge is to dismiss them I don't think much attention would ever be paid to this UNLESS you had an outstanding source that was present that verified it...like Epstein himself or maybe Maxwell if she was present at any of these orgies. She definitely attended Epstein orgies but not sure if she was at the one's Trump was at or the saw him participating.
So, we'll need to take this with a grain of salt but Trump was certainly far more involved with Epstein than Bill Clinton was who oddly, as I mentioned before appeared to be primarily having an affair with Maxwell. Epstein did claim when asked about Clinton that he liked his women mature and due to heart issues (which we know Bill suffers from) was not that active in terms of his sexual adventures. I think Epstein saw this as a failing of Bill's.
During the period where this woman claims to have been a victim of Trump and Epstein it is true that Trump and Epstein were hanging out and partying a lot.
