For one, he should make an announcement that he is going to be making a MAJOR speech on what is going on and what has been going on in a couple of days - it WILL get huge coverage. He should secretly consult with Barrack Obama about what he would say in such a speech. Hell, he should also consult Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter and even George Bush, and other major public figures - don't be shy - even possibly the most controversial.

Next, after reading articles on possible VP choices, it appears that Elizabeth Warren is his biggest benefit - she brings in the young voters, the left voters, and disaffected voters.  He should allow Michelle Obama to announce this selection.  This will lend out credibility to Warren with people of color.

Next, he should name just a couple of cabinet post selections.  Just a couple - he doesn't want to give too much critique opportunity to the right.  He should strongly consider Kamela Harris for Attorney General and Florida's Val Demings for Secretary of State.   He needs to stay away from Susan Rice - unfortunately, she has been saddled with too much baggage, even though it is horseshit.  If he wins, he can bring her in later.

But I think he really needs to include people like Harris and Demings to show that he is serious and sincere about reaching out.  

But watch, he will tank it.........(that is just my metaphorical Chicago Cubs (I'm not a fan, just feel their pain) like angst as it applies to my Democratic Party)....
