Icon Watched The Guilty....good flick, but.....

It was a good story but it's not a good movie for those that have knowledge about emergency services communications (that is unless they are way behind in many ways).  The flaw kind of slowed it a bit for me and Peter T. is right, it is a good movie to watch while listening with headphones.

For example, for some time it has been possible to alert other people without breaking off communications with the caller.  On top of that, the call taker could be adding information to the screen for others to see in real-time.

Then, there was a whole lot of dead time with him on the telephone (when he got the husband's name and car information, he kept talking to the child before getting it out over the air to the police).

Another odd one was when Iben called, her cell phone showed up but when he called them nothing showed.

I am amazed at how much good foreign stuff is out there and how enjoyable the searching for it is.  Lately I've been getting into shows from Australia.  See, I think we dipshits in America keep forgetting how big Australia is and of its interesting culture.
