is that there are some really good SHORT pieces available that encapsulate this crisis so well and most likely those that really need to read these short simple pieces fail to do so.

I subscribe to a lot of magazines and one of them is the chief news mcnugget producer of news out there called The Week.  In each issue, they will devote one page to an ongoing issue in the world and describe it in basic terms.  Two issues ago they did it on why scientists are so concerned about viruses like this and how these viruses start and how in the future it is probably going to get worse, especially because of the changing climate and what that is already bringing.

But back to the disappointment - all this information is so readily available, but it is being drowned out by all the misinformation, ignorance and blatant lying.
