I am reminded of the ignorance religion folds in on ourselves. Seeking the solace of a god blinds us to the needs of a community-planet-shared solution to problems threatening the whole of our species, global warming, for example,  making any consideration of moving to another celestial body mute.

But I share the awe with which the immensity of our universe strikes you.
