Vote up for Babylon Berlin - it has been a big hit all over Europe - very well produced.
Amazon Prime has a some good shows as well - I'm currently on season 3 of The Man in the High Castle. A famous contrafactual story by Phillip K. Dick about a world in which Germany and Japan wins WW II. Takes place in a seriously dark version of the early 1960ies. Very provoking. Adapted by and lead writer is Frank Spotnitz who has made a bunch of good X-files episodes and other good stuff.
Bosch: Present day gritty L.A. noir cop-show with lots of politics and good stories. Each season has an arc.
