We're dealing with Americans! Many of whom don't read, or rely solely on Fox News, or are pig-headed, or are one issue voters (anti-abortion, lovers of lethal weaponry, and yes, some racists), or are bitter souls who once lost a job or a female to a liberal, or are simply lovers of cruelty and faux projections of macho strength and power.
