You bet, sir, and when she met my dad, having had all those adventures in her past, the then conservative, Republican Roman Catholic man that he was, didn't know what hit him. She must have knocked him off his feet! Sadly, over the decades, they grew in different ways, but for a time, man, they really burned! Weird that as their son I now see it this way, but again, my lived experience with them, and the mountain of papers she left, reveal a lot.

One thing I've learned from this, parents should really strive to leave a written record of their experiences for their children to learn from. Thanks, to Dan, your writings here, heathcliffe, are such a record. Let your kids know where they can find them. Not that you're going anywhere, too much for you to still do!
