Yesterday while mowing the lawn to my teenage years home and where my parents last lived, Jason Isbell's The Last of My Kind played on the digital audio player. It was one of those times where a song instantly impacts and resonates in a way it hasn't done before. A few lines of lyrics really stuck out ---"Daddy said the river would always lead me home
But the river can't take me back in time
And daddy's dead and gone"
