I love coming across profound statements.....Deadwood writer David Milch is profiled in a Rolling Stone article and makes this statement about one of his older characters in Deadwood...“Swearengen,” he suggests, “confronts the tragic paradox — which every human being confronts as time goes on — which is the diminution of strength just as insight is heightened.”What a great line about aging......how absolutely fucking true...
