In the March issue of The Sun there is an interview with a man named Bruce K. Alexander about addiction. His ideas involve how our culture plays a larger role in addictions than many give credence to. More or less his beliefs are that our empty society and constant pursuit of wealth and objects are more responsible than the actual things we are addicted to - in other words, the lack of a quality of life and one that is based in quantity. Interesting interview....
