Hell, probably forty or so years ago, maybe more, MSD here in Illinois brought Chicago's waste down to Central Illinois, so that shit is not unbelievable or unreal.....sorry, but, um....shit happens....I would have to do research, but MSD has since changed its name I believe...oh, and the funnier thing the land where all this happened on is gasp, land coveted by area sportsmen.....(it's all recovered coal mined land)....
