Dan, that album really awakened me politically when I was still in high school, and it remains one of my all-
time favorites. When I put on the CD, I always re-read Tom's words of wisdom. Rock critic, Dave Marsh, astutely noted that the title song, Power In The Darkness, has "a real majesty". If you
are drawn to the marriage of powerful, melodic rock with very humane politics, then this album, from 1978, is
