With the recent announcement that Trump won't be answering Mueller's obstruction questions, I wonder if this is sort of an attempt at a Scooter Libby like tactic where others in the Bush Admin escaped indictment because Libby wouldn't answer questions, thus, making "intent" unable to be determined. So, I wonder if this is Trump's attempted out when it comes to Mueller and his interview....
